At Website Speedy, our goal is to help you improve your website performance with confidence. This Cancellation and Refund Policy explains how subscription cancellations, renewals, and refund requests are handled for all customers.

1. Subscription Model

Website Speedy operates on a recurring subscription basis (monthly or annual plans).

✓Subscription fees are billed in advance at the beginning of each billing cycle.
✓Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing date.
✓All payments are processed securely through our payment partners.

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new paid subscribers.

If you start a paid plan and decide Website Speedy is not the right fit, you may request a full refund within fourteen (14) days of your initial payment.

Note: Subscriptions purchased through the Shopify, Ecwid, or Wix App Stores are not covered under the 14-day money-back guarantee, as billing and subscription management are handled directly by the respective platforms. A free trial is available for such subscriptions.

How to Request a Refund

You may request a refund by:

→Logging into your User Account and navigating to the billing section, then selecting "14 days money back guarantee"; or

Refund Processing

✓Approved refunds are processed within 5 - 10 business days to your original payment method.
✓Once the refund is processed, access to Website Speedy will terminate immediately.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

→Logging into your account and accessing the billing section; or
→Contacting our support team at support@websitespeedy.com.

Important Notes

✗After the 14-day refund period has passed, cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
✗You will retain full access to Website Speedy until the end of that billing period.
✗We do not provide prorated or partial refunds for unused time after the 14-day refund window.
✗Once cancelled, your subscription will not renew automatically.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

✗Requests made after the 14-day money-back guarantee period.
✗Partial use of the subscription after the refund window.
✗Failure to cancel before the renewal date.
✗Service disruptions caused by third-party platforms, hosting providers, or unsupported configurations.

Website Speedy reserves the right to modify or update this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page along with the updated effective date. Continued use of the service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
